This program is a cross organizational leadership learning consortium bringing together high potential contributors and managers from diverse life science organizations. Together they explore, dissect, compare and contrast business and leadership topics facing their organizations today. High potential contributors and managers from diverse life science organizations come together to explore, dissect and address management and leadership topics facing their organizations today.
The Program in a Snapshot:
- Cross Organizational
- 5 or fewer non-competitive organizations in life sciences
- 25 participants total
- 7 or fewer first level or mid level managers from each company
- 80 hours of learning, 20 Core Topics in 3 Key Learning Categories
- 3-4 day sessions once a month for 3 months
Learning is amplified as participants compare and contrast strategies and applications given the context of their particular setting. Learning takes place on three platforms:
- Myself as Emerging Leader
- Leading the Multi-Layered Team
- Influencing the Organization
The Results:
Participants design a FutureMap: Action Plan for Development laying out a course for their individual growth and immediate contribution including decision making, talent management, interpersonal communication, innovation, project execution, emotional intelligence, and others.
On a team and organizational note, participants gain education and add to their roadmap with specific applications in the areas of vision and strategy setting, constructive process improvements, world-class performance, and business operations (finance, HR, marketing, etc).
