Erin is a PwC Deals Partner at PwC and a Bay Area IPO Leader. She advises clients on accessing the debt and equity capital markets, by providing clients with technical/project management advice on complex accounting and financial reporting issues associated with the SEC registration process, IPO’s, Direct Listings, SPAC mergers, 144A debt and equity offerings, divestitures, spin-offs and carve-outs, and GAAP conversions. As a seasoned deal adviser, Erin has served as the lead advisor on numerous IPO’s, SPAC mergers, spin-offs, carve outs, GAAP conversions and other capital markets/complex accounting transactions. In addition, Erin frequently takes on the role of an IPO Advisor to help her clients with both their initial registration process – Going Public, and the process of preparing to operate as a public company – Being Public.
Erin is a results oriented professional with a broad range of leadership and international experience, accumulated over 20+ years while based in the USA, the UK, and working in the Caribbean and Mexico. Her strong qualifications include a proven track record of achieving outstanding results in dynamic business environments, and building diverse teams, across cultures. Erin has extensive experience at leading large scale teams, project management, technical research, leading change, and executing strategic goals.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Erin is on the Board and Treasurer of Berkeley Humane, an active volunteer at her children’s schools, mother to two children and three fur babies, and an avid fitness fan.
Erin is a CPA in California and Florida and a member of the AICPA. She holds a Bachelors and Masters in Accounting from the University of Florida.
