As the Director of Supplier Diversity & Inclusion (SD&I) at Johnson & Johnson (J&J), Charlene Vickers has a crucial role in implementing strategies that utilize the company’s supplier base to drive economic and social impact while delivering value to the business. With an extensive career spanning twenty-five years at J&J, Charlene has consistently delivered outstanding results across various procurement and global supply chain functions.
Charlene holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical (NCA&T) State University, and she is a certified Process Excellence Six Sigma Black Belt. Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Charlene began her career in the aerospace industry.
She currently resides in New Jersey.
