
Clinical Associate Professor, Medical Biochemist Genetics
Suha Bachir received her medical degree from Imperial College London, UK and MS in Genetics and Molecular Biology at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore. She completed her combined Pediatrics/Genetics residency training at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, OH and is currently an Assistant Professor in Clinical Genetics at Stanford University, CA. She is the Genetics section director of the cardiovascular connective tissue disorder clinic at Stanford, which serves pediatric patients with cardiovascular connective tissue disorders. Her clinical and research interests center around cardiovascular connective tissue disorders namely Marfan syndrome and rare diseases, where she also is part of the Stanford Undiagnosed Disease Network.
