As Member Success Manager, Reilly is dedicated to maximizing engagement with Biocom California’s benefits portfolio for both new and existing members through strong relationship cultivation. Serving as the primary point of contact, Reilly proactively guides the member journey by building deep connections and identifying opportunities to expand benefit utilization, ultimately driving member ROI, reducing churn and increasing lifetime value.
Reilly brings experience from the early drug discovery CRO space, where she focused on business development with San Diego life science companies. Her background also includes research at San Diego State University, studying cancer patient interventions and community health disparities.
