Roadmap to San Francisco’s Future Progress Update
Since Mayor London Breed put forward her vision to revitalize Downtown San Francisco six months ago, she now reports significant progress has been made toward fulfilling its five key priorities. The vision includes six strategies that collectively aim to improve downtown in response to economic changes caused by the pandemic.
San Mateo Awards Nearly $30M to Build Affordable Housing
San Mateo County Supervisors voted unanimously to allocate nearly $30 million to spur development of five affordable housing projects totaling 483 units. The projects are located between Daly City to Menlo Park and aim to make it easier to live and thrive on the Peninsula by improving housing shortage problems.
Alameda County Green Business Program Lab Checklist
The Alameda County Green Business Program published a new laboratory-specific checklist. This provides an opportunity for life science and other R&D companies, alongside businesses in most other industries, to find sector-specific ways to measure environmental impact and demonstrate a commitment to a healthier future.
