Pharmaceutical Outsourcing Workshop

Improving Outsourcing Outcomes

Companies small and large are under pressure to progress programs swiftly and efficiently in an increasingly challenging environment. One response has been that the pharmaceutical industry has evolved an outsourcing model designed to improve productivity in clinical drug development. Are we utilizing this new model in the most effective way possible given some of the challenges faced by all?

This workshop will challenge pharmaceutical executives and service providers to review and consider optimal routes forward, alone or in partnership, through a series of relevant issues faced by all. Participants will experience a number of intensive, interactive workshops, discussions and debates covering major topics, learning tactics for many with considerations to support effective decision-making. In addition, attendees will learn how to evaluate a potential relationship including establishing prerequisites and due diligence goals, aligning responsibilities and objectives, improving effectiveness through better communications, managing partner expectations and evaluating ongoing relationships. Through participating in client/vendor discussions, participants will learn to optimize their pharma outsourcing relationships to create a more agile, a more efficient and effective process for clinical drug development.
