Managing Director
Alex Lim is a managing director at RBC Capital Markets based in San Francisco. He has been advising biotech companies for almost 25 years on M&A and capital markets transactions. He has advised on over 20 strategic transactions totaling over $70 billion in aggregate value for clients including Pfizer, Gilead Sciences, Amgen and Astellas. He has also advised on over 50 financing transactions including private placements, IPOs, follow-ons, convertible debt and senior debt offerings for public and private biotechs. Alex graduated from Princeton University with a degree in economics.
