Brandi Roberts is a seasoned CFO with extensive experience in the biotechnology sector, specializing in M&A transactions, IPOs, clinical trials and SEC reporting. Most recently, Brandi served as CFO at Longboard Pharmaceuticals, where she played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and in its $2.6 billion acquisition by Lundbeck. Prior to Longboard, Brandi held CFO positions at Lineage Cell Therapeutics, REVA Medical, and Mast Therapeutics, and she has served on the boards of TFF Pharmaceuticals and Temple Therapeutics. Brandi began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a certified public accountant. She holds a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of San Diego.
