Matt David is a Healthcare and Life Sciences Partner serving some of Deloitte’s largest PE and Strategic Clients. Matt has over 17 years of experience in public accounting advising both private equity and corporate clients on many aspects of acquisitions and divestitures including due diligence, accounting structuring, financial reporting, valuation considerations, financing documents and the preparation of pro forma and carve out financial statements. He has advised clients on quality of earnings and developing working capital targets across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Software, and Media industry targets with a primary focus on Life Sciences and specialty healthcare services. Matt helps organizations assess high level risks, revenue lift opportunities and cost saving strategies and has experience preparing for SEC required documentation.
