Onaiza Jilani Cadoret-Manier is a seasoned operator, board member and advisor with a demonstrated track record of building and leading highly successful teams within the life sciences industry. Onaiza currently serves as president, CEO and board member for Stealth Mode Biotech. She most recently served as executive vice president, chief global product strategy and operations officer at Ionis Pharmaceuticals. Onaiza’s other prior roles include chief commercial officer at Grail; head of respiratory franchise at Genentech; VP, portfolio strategy and pipeline development at Amylin Pharmaceuticals and director marketing team leader, Spiriva at Pfizer. Onaiza holds an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School, an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in economics and accounting from Queen’s College.
