Program Manager, Fellowships
As a Program Manager at Biocom California Institute, Paulina Fonville oversees the development and implementation of the statewide Life Science Career Fellowship Program, ensuring its success through strategic planning, program facilitation, and stakeholder engagement. Paulina also leads Biocom Institute’s Veterans in Life Sciences programming, providing transitioning service members and veterans with unique experiences and insights into the life science industry. Additionally, Paulina oversees the recruitment and onboarding of volunteers to support Biocom Institute’s workforce development initiatives, helping to strengthen the life science talent pipeline. She collaborates with stakeholders, sponsors, and industry partners to align program goals with workforce needs and engage members in impactful volunteer opportunities.
