Zachary “Zach” Myers is a partner in the San Diego office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he specializes in corporate and securities law, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and public company representation. Zach is a “go to” attorney for Southern California’s private and public companies in the life sciences and technology sectors—especially biotechnology and medical device companies—in complex, high-value transactions.
